What counts as an active student
A student counts once they have at least one active enrollment in a course at your academy. A student enrolled in several courses still counts only once. A student whose enrollment was canceled, revoked, or transferred, and who has no other active enrollment, no longer counts.
Never counted, never billed
Teachers, administrators, and guardians/family accounts are free — they are never counted toward your active student total.
Square fees are separate
Rookiva's subscription covers the platform itself. Payment processing fees charged by Square for your own students' payments are billed directly by Square, independent of your Rookiva plan.
